Alipay SG account (the previously rebranded helloPay wallet) is an online payment method on Lazada.
As part of our efforts to continually improve our customers’ payment experience, we will be replacing Alipay SG account by the new Lazada Wallet which will be available by March 2018 and the Alipay SG account will be offline on 10 February 2018.
Lazada Wallet will be a new payment feature on Lazada Singapore that offers a convenient, cost-effective and seamless way to pay for your purchases on Lazada. With Lazada Wallet, you also enjoy promotions exclusive to Lazada Wallet and receive your refunds more quickly! It will be available by March 2018.

You may utilize the remaining balance in your Alipay SG account before 10 February 2018 by:
Any remaining balance in your Alipay SG account by March 2018 will be transferred to your Lazada Wallet as a refund coupon.
No worries, any remaining balance in your Alipay SG account (the previously rebranded helloPay wallet) by March 2018 will be transferred to your Lazada Wallet as a refund coupon. Just make sure to activate your Lazada Wallet once this feature is available by March 2018

You can easily check the available balance on your Alipay SG account by:
As there is no available balance in your Alipay SG account, there is no action required on your part as your account will be automatically closed on 10 February 2018. Once the Lazada Wallet is available, you can activate it and use to pay for your Lazada purchases.
You can register Alipay Singapore account using your email address and mobile number:
• Enter your email address.
• An email will be sent to you with a link to confirm your email.
To edit Profile:
• Log in to your account
• Go to "Account Settings"
• Enter new information and click "Save"
It is important to verify that you have access to the email address to receive notification from us related to transactions and other matters.

To upgrade to a premium account with higher transaction limits, simply login to your account, click on “upgrade now” and provide proof of identity and proof of address documents.
